Welcome to Opulenze. We are dedicated to providing you with hand-crafted, luxurious custom fragrances and rich body butters. Because our products are personal and often made-to-order, please review our store policies below placing your order.
- Shipping & Processing
Every Opulenze product is meticulously crafted, an packaged to ensure the highest quality.
Processing Time: Standard orders ship on Mondays only
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Warm Weather Shipping(Crucial for Body Butters:) Our body butters are made with natural oils and whipped butters such as Aloe, Avocado, Mango and Shea butters making them susceptible to melting in high temperatures during transit.
Note: If your body butter arrives melted, please place it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to solidify. It will retain all its moisturizing benefits, thought it may lose its whipped texture. We do not off refunds for melted products.
- Returns & Exchanges
Due to handcrafted, personal care nature of our body butters and the unique formulation of custom fragrances, all sales are final ***Your satisfaction is our priority*** If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly fix it.
Contact use at support@opulenzeexperience.luxury within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your Order Number (OrderID) and a clear photograph of the damaged item.
We will issue a replacement or store credit immediately upon verification.
3. Custom Fragrance Policy
Our custom scent experience is an art form. Please keep the following in mind:
No Revision After Production: Once a custom fragrance blend has entered the production phase, no changes can be made to the scent profile or ingredients.
Scent Perception: Fragrance notes interact differently with everyone's unique skin chemistry. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges if a custom scent does not smell the way you anticipated on your skin.
4. Safety & Product Care
Patch Test: While we use high-quality, nourishing ingredients, we highly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of shin before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
Shelf Life: Our nature body butters do not contain harsh synthetic preservatives. For optimal freshness, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, and use within 6to 9 months of opening. Avoid introducing water to the jar.
5. Safety & Product Care
Because we begin processing orders quickly,, cancellations are only accepted within (2 hours) of purchase. To cancel order, please email us at Support@opulenzeexperience.luxury and place into the subject line "CANCEL ORDER "ORDERID"
